What if I need to modify my order?

We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can “catch” the order before it is sent out. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 12+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.

What are the shipping costs?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the most wide spread and secure payment methods to make your shopping with us more convenient. You can find them at the checkout page.

I did not receive email confirmation!

Within a few minutes after completing your order you will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Check if it accidentally ended up in your spam box. If you do not find a confirmation e-mail, please contact us, we will be glad to help you.

Can I return my product(s)?

Is my product expired?

Many people confuse manufacturing date on the product with the expiration date. We acknowledge that the dates on Korean products can be confusing as some products have the expiration date printed while others have the manufacturing date printed. Most of our products have the manufacturing date on the product (as is often the case with Korean cosmetics), and the date is usually followed by the word “제조,” which, in English, means “manufacture.” If you are still unsure about the date on your product, feel free to contact us using the contact form or by clicking on the the Whatsapp icon at the bottom right of your screen.

I am not sure what to buy. Can I get some advice on which products are best for my skin?

Absolutely! I would love to answer any questions you may have and help you learn more about the products that I select. There are several ways to contact me. Most common way is to send me a direct message using the chat icon located at the right bottom corner of your screen located on the contact page. You can also send me message using the contact form or send me a direct message on Instagram or Facebook. I will do my best to reply as soon as possible!

Are all your products made in Korea/Japan?

All of our products come straight to us from Korea or Japan.

I have a very strict vetting process for deciding which brands are featured on my site. I only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients and formulations. With so many incredible brands in Korea and Japan, the global leaders in beauty innovation, it is not an easy task, but I love what I do and I do it with passion and strong conviction and devotion.
